Great staff at the store but very bad quality shoes. When I was asked by the Connor Customer Service to provide a feedback on my experience with their products, I mentioned how bad their shoes were, and they requested further information so it could be investigated properly. Surprisingly, I received an email back from them stating: "these shoes are not made of leather and are not intended for daily wear." Went into Connor today service is always great when I go in but got served by Jonathan today helped me figure out what size jeans I might be after not knowing what size I was and help me pick up some great shirts
