Very disappointing customer service. The salesperson/cashier on duty today showed very little interest in helping customers and came across as if they didn’t want to be there. As we were looking for different clothing sizes, instead of offering assistance, they seemed annoyed by our requests. In a clothing store, you expect staff to be approachable and helpful, but this was the complete opposite. Pathetic customer service that left us with a very poor impression.

We we're more than happy with our experience with Connors Midland. We got served by Sammy and she helped us find a suite that fitted me very nicely, as well as helped us find the right style of shirt for the outfit. We were also quite happy with the final price as it came in much more reasonable than the other stores at Midland. The staff also held the outfit untill the next day for us without any hassle. Would highly recommend this store based on its customer service alone.
Very disappointed. Purchased a suit for a wedding in Albany. Great service HOWEVER when I proceeded to put the shoes on in Albany , I noticed one was a size 9 and the other was a 12. Unfortunately I had to wear the shoes which looked ridiculous and uncomfortable. I returned to the store in Perth and was confronted with an unapologetic women who didn’t care and refused to compensate in any way other then swap the size. NEVER WILL I SHOP THERE AGAIN. Brendan
