We we're more than happy with our experience with Connors Midland. We got served by Sammy and she helped us find a suite that fitted me very nicely, as well as helped us find the right style of shirt for the outfit. We were also quite happy with the final price as it came in much more reasonable than the other stores at Midland. The staff also held the outfit untill the next day for us without any hassle. Would highly recommend this store based on its customer service alone.
Very disappointed. Purchased a suit for a wedding in Albany. Great service HOWEVER when I proceeded to put the shoes on in Albany , I noticed one was a size 9 and the other was a 12. Unfortunately I had to wear the shoes which looked ridiculous and uncomfortable. I returned to the store in Perth and was confronted with an unapologetic women who didn’t care and refused to compensate in any way other then swap the size. NEVER WILL I SHOP THERE AGAIN. Brendan
Went in to get a 3 piece suit and accessories. Staff were very helpful.
Great good old fashion friendly customer service. I had an issue that I needed resolved regarding a pair a suit pants - the staff assisted with the purchase of a new pair, they communicated with the alteration place - next thing you know I’m getting a phone call less than 3 hours later, advising my new altered pants are ready to pick up. Thank you for the wonderful service.
