I visited Connor at Market City Sydney today 11 April 2026 at 3:45 and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service at the counter was far from satisfactory. The staff I interacted with came across as unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the overall shopping experience uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of courtesy and willingness to assist, but that was clearly lacking during my visit.
