Brilliant manners from Mitch and the other lad last week. Even while the store was proper packed he still helped and gave great care to detail with fits and what the go was for the sale. The other man (didn’t catch his name) seemed positive and that’s what I needed from them both. Try to be back there from Manchester next year
Wasn’t able to buy anything today, but will definitely come back. The young male worker with the glasses and curly hair was really nice & he had good manners. That’s what I call good service if you ask me.

Bought a suit, gave it for alteration jacket $70 and pant $25, gave me a week timeline for pickup! Picked up week later! Went home and tried pant is done but jacket not touched! I shouldn’t have trusted them, straight away I should’ve tried there! Went back to store and staff had no clue! Simply telling me come back 2 days later to discuss with manager! Absolute BS! Mitch was such a help last week with fitting a suit jacket for my mates wedding. Also had to exchange a shirt my dad got the wrong size of but they were able to help out without any problems. Great lad & great shopping experience
