I had a very unpleasant experience at your DFO Homebush store today. The till staff, who claimed to be the manager, was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. I went in to exchange an item, which should have been acceptable under your stated 12-month return policy as mentioned on the invoice. However, she outright refused to process the exchange, broke the tag on the item herself, and seemed to have thrown it in the bin. I have never ever received customer service like what Vaani provided this afternoon. I went to pick up a click and collect. Once there i realised they had another suit pants that was my husband's preference however they didn't have his size at another store we visited yesterday. I then asked Vani to check if they had the matching jacket in a particular size. She checked on the system and confirmed having one in stock.
