The deals were amazing with crazily cheap clothes and high quality shirts and singlets plus stylish button ups and designs. The manager was amazing and kind. Great customer service, plenty of laughs. We had some technical difficulties on my part with a bend in my gift card but with the employees support we figured everything out and it was amazing. Thank you Ely!
To Management I buy a lot of clothes from your stores and I must compliment you in general on the friendliness of your staff but when I experience superior excellence of service as I did with your store manager ELY it has to be highlighted. She has an effervescent direct personality which is special and I believe if she trained your staff in her way I think you would generate a greater number of regular loyal customers like me
The lady who served us asked if we were a member and offered to look us up by phone number, which I wasn’t sure about. When it didn’t come up, I suggested maybe it was under an email or another number, and she just said “no, that’s okay” and rushed the transaction through. I said I get Conner emails so must be and then again pushes the sale through.
