Usually I buy a lot at Connor at Epping and Craigieburn , never had any issues but unfortunately I encountered a lady at billing today who was very rude and impatient. I went to request for a change of mind and refund as the product I purchased has gone down in price and thought of buying at best price and I had just requested if that option is possible which should be allowed ideally as their condition of return doesn’t explicitly exclude the scenario. I want to say a huge thank you to Athish at Connor in Epping. We came in to get full suits and shoes for all our groomsmen and he went above and beyond to make our purchases super smooth. He was very friendly and helping to us. He even gave us tips on match styles and colours with the suits. This made our process super easy and less stressful. What an amazing person he is.
