Usually I buy a lot at Connor at Epping and Craigieburn , never had any issues but unfortunately I encountered a lady at billing today who was very rude and impatient. I went to request for a change of mind and refund as the product I purchased has gone down in price and thought of buying at best price and I had just requested if that option is possible which should be allowed ideally as their condition of return doesn’t explicitly exclude the scenario.
