I visited Connor on Saturday, 1 August 2026 ( around 4:30PM ) , to exchange a sweater that didn't fit. Unfortunately, the customer service from one staff member at the counter was very disappointing. I was polite and simply asked for assistance, but she showed little interest in helping and barely communicated throughout the process. If it was possible i would have given 0 start rating , but minimum is 1 star .
