My partner and I came in the other day to find a suit for an upcoming wedding, and we were lucky enough to be helped by Luke. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff (Steph) were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the products. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Their professionalism and genuine willingness to help really stood out. Thank you to the Connor team for providing such excellent customer service. What a great experience... was not at all planning to buy anything that day, but the service I received was truly second to none, I ended up with a whole ensemble. You have to give Tiffany a raise. Fantastic service! Wish I lived closer. Dropped by to grab a shirt for a weekend dinner party. Ended up with a whole ensemble! But definitely worth it. I think I was served by the manager. Lovely lady who probably spent too much time helping me, but glad she did! It’s a real shame Connor and this amazing team aren’t in Waurn Ponds, as I don’t always have mobility get into Geelong, let alone Corio. Can’t recommend highly enough
