The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff (Steph) were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the products. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Their professionalism and genuine willingness to help really stood out. Thank you to the Connor team for providing such excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this store to others.

What a great experience... was not at all planning to buy anything that day, but the service I received was truly second to none, I ended up with a whole ensemble. You have to give Tiffany a raise. She matched my energy instantly, and truly made my day. I hate clothes shopping with a passion and still can't believe I found something so nice for my taste and fit so well. Fantastic service! Wish I lived closer. Dropped by to grab a shirt for a weekend dinner party. Ended up with a whole ensemble! But definitely worth it. I think I was served by the manager. Lovely lady who probably spent too much time helping me, but glad she did! It’s a real shame Connor and this amazing team aren’t in Waurn Ponds, as I don’t always have mobility get into Geelong, let alone Corio. Can’t recommend highly enough
To Connor Corio and The Team, ( Jackson and Kylie ), what can I say. From initial contact in store I was Welcomed, felt extremely comfortable and your friendly team members helped me out with everything and made me laugh. Your clothing is of excellent quality and extremely affordable. I couldn't Highly recommend this store, it's team members and quality of garments. I wanted just a shirt, but walked out with Two pairs of jeans and Three shirts. Thank you Jackson and Kylie.
