Sadly I would give my experience a zero based on the complete lack of customer service. Which I appreciate is very out of character for Connor, where I have shopped for many years. No greeting from the solo staff member, despite being the only customer in the store (walked in with a friend). Additionally there was no offer for assistance as he continued to unpack stock. Logan welcomed me in, showed me some of their great deals and sales of the month as I was trying to find winter weather apparel as well as a suit and matching accessories. He knew quite a bit about suits and what pairs well, as well as he had great taste in fashionable outing attire. I left feeling confident in the style and how it fit, honored to say Logan was a great help and I’m glad he was there to provide such help. Logan did great job.
I had an amazing experience at the corner shop yesterday while shopping for a suit. Martin and Logan were absolutely fantastic! Both gentlemen were incredibly helpful, polite, professional, and friendly. They took the time to assist me with everything I needed and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
