I had a disappointing experience with Abinash when I visited the store recently. His behavior was quite unusual—rather than assisting me, he seemed more focused on asking for feedback. I am very disappointed with the service I received at Connor Canberra Centre today from Avinash. He lacks basic manners and customer service skills, which made my shopping experience unpleasant. Avinash claimed he was giving me a 20% discount on my items, but this was misleading.
