The conversation went more like someone was adding sand to the gears constantly and its mostly them. I think a bit of oil in the conversation to oil things up is important.

Leaving 5 stars purely for Tegan’s excellent customer service. We dont usually shop at Connor and only entered the shop by chance on a busy Saturday. Tegan was such a delightful person. She made our suite shopping so much easier than it would have been on our own. Thank you!
The staff’s behaviour was unprofessional and made the shopping experience difficult (Oceane and Budhraj). I initially visited to return a product and subsequently re-purchase it. The staff member working that shift informed me this was not permitted, despite the policy explicitly allowing it. When I raised this with the manager on duty, she reacted with frustration, which was evident in her tone and body language (slamming her phone on the counter to intimidate the customer.
