Leaving 5 stars purely for Tegan’s excellent customer service. We dont usually shop at Connor and only entered the shop by chance on a busy Saturday. Tegan was such a delightful person. She made our suite shopping so much easier than it would have been on our own. Thank you!
The staff’s behaviour was unprofessional and made the shopping experience difficult (Oceane and Budhraj). I initially visited to return a product and subsequently re-purchase it. The staff member working that shift informed me this was not permitted, despite the policy explicitly allowing it. When I raised this with the manager on duty, she reacted with frustration, which was evident in her tone and body language (slamming her phone on the counter to intimidate the customer. staff are too full on, trying too hard to sell
Massive thank you to Oceane at the Belconnen store. She was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My fiancee and his 3 groomsmen all got their suits, vests, shirts, shoes, ties, pocket squares, and socks all at once, without any hiccups at all! Oceane went above and beyond and even called the other stores to make sure that we would get the sizes we needed. Thank you so much!
