Amazing customer service - Clint goes above and beyond.
Last minute shop for a reluctant 16-year-old male who needs to suit for year 10 formal... Connor Bathurst store nailed it! Clint was excellent, great product knowledge, ensured we had all the little bits we might have forgotten, and found a quirky flamingo theme with socks and a pocket square to compliment. Superb.
We visited this store yesterday to find my partner’s long-sleeve shirts and pants for events tomorrow. The friendly and welcoming lady who was serving us was very helpful with sizing and other options. The store has a wide variety of shirts and pants, and there were also many sales. We were very happy with our experiences and would definitely recommend checking it out.
The gentleman that served me on Friday 11th was professional and very helpful and friendly.
Bad experience with the girl at the counter who was on duty around 4 pm on 2nd December 2024. No acknowledgement of the customers. Grumpy. Rude. I'll avoid visiting the store rather than having her as a staff.
