Good clothes, clean place could do with vacuuming in some areas, I went in today very unhappy looking man behind the counter didnt come up to me or say a word til I was checking out ,wasn’t very customer service like, I work in retail aswell and was travelling down here and it’s weird to see that some expectations I thought were normal aren’t set everywhere not just with staff but with the look of the store.

Last minute shop for a reluctant 16-year-old male who needs to suit for year 10 formal... Connor Bathurst store nailed it! Clint was excellent, great product knowledge, ensured we had all the little bits we might have forgotten, and found a quirky flamingo theme with socks and a pocket square to compliment. Superb.
We visited this store yesterday to find my partner’s long-sleeve shirts and pants for events tomorrow. The friendly and welcoming lady who was serving us was very helpful with sizing and other options. The store has a wide variety of shirts and pants, and there were also many sales. We were very happy with our experiences and would definitely recommend checking it out.
The gentleman that served me on Friday 11th was professional and very helpful and friendly.
