We had a mixed up day today regarding the servicing of our car. Anyway we went into Connor, Australia Fair, Southport Qld. I knew I couldn’t “help” my husband so I walked up to the counter & asked this young lady if she would assist him. Truly this young lady was exceptional. She had all the qualities, she listened, she heard & she understood. In fact we are home tonight & I have the happiest, proudest husband because he now has a suit that fits him & he loves it. I had the pleasure today of dealing with Kane at Australia Fair , Southport. I needed a suit, shirt, belt and Tie for my nieces wedding Within the space of half an hr he fitted me out in the perfect size, Quality and look I was after. Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. Price was outstanding as much as the service. Well done Kane, I hope your bosses see this
I had a problem with my suit and the team was very keen to sort it out and came up with different solutions for that issue. I had ordered a couple of shirts online and one of the shirts were in quick sale so I couldn’t find the midsize but I liked the shirt so I went for large size instead but I didn’t knew that they would sent a faulty item . So the shirt was faulty and had a tear in the middle of it and when I called the customer service for a refund they asked for the pic and after sending it to them the only solution they provided was send the faulty item back to the ware house and then I would receive a refund . Had a great experience shopping here recently. It’s very hard for me to get my husband shopping but CJ was fantastic ! He used his knowledge of menswear to help him buy an almost complete new wardrobe - as seen in the photo with our receipt 🤣 well done CJ we will be back when he is ready for more ! Oh and the clothes are also nice and reasonably priced - which also made my husband happy !
