I had such a great experience at Connor in Altona Gate thanks to Rhia. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her customer service was outstanding and she made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Rhia – you’re a credit to the store!
Rhia went above and beyond for service helping me fit out a suit and also steam ironed the shirt as i needed it for that night.
I hate being ignored like most customers, This guy with the dark hair and beard (the store manager I believe) asked me if he could help me, I told him I wanted a pair of black pants so he pointed at the rack then went back to straighting stock, he was not interested in selling me anything. As the store manager what poor example to his staff. Fortunately the lady behind the counter was engaging, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
