The issue is that it is overprice, the customer service is terrible (they don't reply to contact requests on Facebook, Contact Page, Email - etc) - you have to call and hope you get a person not voicemail. A lot of hate going on for this company in the reviews for reasons I do not personally agree with. Pro's: Installation was on time and technicians were extremely nice, prompt, and professional. When I call, I speak to a real live human being without going through 20 automated prompts. Low Ping, reliable connectivity. Con's: Its a little pricey, but the customer service helps make up for the price. Expect an additional 15-25$ of additional fee's and taxes on top of the advertised price.
