I have had a frustrating experience with this branch; the service is consistently slow, and I have found the overall processes to be unreliable when trying to get anything resolved.
The CGA hates the unsustainable bills from swcmhs and dmhas. Put residents first with new air conditioners carpets bathroom and kitchen efficiencies.
Nice people, but their underwriters didn’t make any sense. I was approved for a car loan, yet denied for a credit card unless they looked at my other bank accounts. This was despite having a strong credit profile and solid financials. I was looking to move my relationship over from another credit union, but ultimately it was a waste of time.
very very disappointed with the online services.
