Nice people, but their underwriters didn’t make any sense. I was approved for a car loan, yet denied for a credit card unless they looked at my other bank accounts. This was despite having a strong credit profile and solid financials. I was looking to move my relationship over from another credit union, but ultimately it was a waste of time.

I greatly dislike this financial institution. I have one payment left on my loan, but I can’t make it on the phone. I can’t make it on the app. I can’t make it on the website. I can mail in a payment via money order or I can go to a branch. I went to a branch. The website said they’re open till five. I get there and they are closed early due to technical difficulties. If I wasn’t forced to use this institution from my auto loan, I would never step foot in one of their locations ever again. Do better.
