Checking and loan experience with Connex has been good, but it's so difficult to get in contact with a person over the phone or email for account support.
Checking and loan experience with Connex has been good, but it's so difficult to get in contact with a person over the phone or email for account support.
Online system doesn't work well at all. There is no easy way to pay off your loan online. I've paid on time for 6 years and here i am with 1 payment to go and in 2024 i cannot pay off online without incurring an additional 20 dollar fee. Other option is going to a location, which is inconvenient with two young children and a full time job. You need to do better at supporting your customers. I don't recommend using Connex Credit Union for Loans, and will never entertain using this company again in the future.
Called Answering system when there was a problem with my autopay over 4 seperate months. Representatives over the phone have been sarcastic and fairly unhelpful. Disappointed with my loan experience.
