I really appreciate all the help and good advice these Connex associates give me. They have helped me through buying a few cars and helped me with several other acquisitions that definitely was needed. Nice and friendly staff at the two locations I frequent (Orange and Hamden). Great team and very easy to work with

Terrible mobile app. Awful customer service. You have a customer service line and a chat feature on the app that closes before the branches do. They have computer systems with no backups that, if there are any technical problems at all, They close the entire branch early. It boggles my mind at this company is still in business in the 21st-century

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for Carmen's assistance today. She was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue with my payment history that I was unable to resolve through the Connex call center in North Haven. I understand the importance of security protocols, but Carmen's dedication to customer service was truly exceptional and appreciated. Community banking thrives on personalized service, and Carmen is a shining example of that. Connex is lucky to have her bubbly personality and resolve.
