Excellent credit union
Terrible mobile app. Awful customer service. You have a customer service line and a chat feature on the app that closes before the branches do. They have computer systems with no backups that, if there are any technical problems at all, They close the entire branch early. It boggles my mind at this company is still in business in the 21st-century

She was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue with my payment history that I was unable to resolve through the Connex call center in North Haven. I understand the importance of security protocols, but Carmen's dedication to customer service was truly exceptional and appreciated.
