I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for Carmen's assistance today. She was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue with my payment history that I was unable to resolve through the Connex call center in North Haven. I understand the importance of security protocols, but Carmen's dedication to customer service was truly exceptional and appreciated. Community banking thrives on personalized service, and Carmen is a shining example of that. Connex is lucky to have her bubbly personality and resolve.

I Have so much fun when visiting the Connex in Orange CT the staff there are awesome and very friendly and professional and helpful No Long waiting line, the fastest Credit Union I ever been to

I have been banking with Connex for the past 4-5 years. As of recently I have not had much activity with the account. I get a notice in the mail stating my account is overdrawn. I call to question the notice seeing as to how I have no direct deposits or any other transactions drafting from the account. The issue I have with Connex is that I was charged a $35 NSF fee for attempted payments not made. That's absurd.
