I can't get a hold of anyone there to open a new account?? Phone rings and goes to voicemail and nobody calls back?? If this is the kind of service this branch offers then wow horrible, and I'm considering opening an account there? Not a good first impression! I magine if it were something serious and you can't get a hold of anyone??

We have been using this branch for many years and have yet to leave feeling satisfied with the service. In the most recent exchange, we were charged an inactive account fee after having paid everything off. The explanation was disappointing and did not take into consideration the fact we are long-standing members with a history of using Connex and therefore would have no benefits from keeping the account open after it is paid off entirely. Spent an hour and a half there to open up a savings account and a joint checking account and had to leave with only the savings account setup. The woman helping us was very nice and obviously new so I don’t blame her. She kept going to ask a colleague for help who could obviously see we were there for a ridiculous amount of time. He should of taken the initiative to come over and finish setting up the account.
