Met with Mr. Dunn to discuss a legal matter for my parents. Mr. Dunn was patient, kind and empathetic to our concerns and provided the legal advice we needed without talking down to us. We will reach out to him again for any future legal needs.

Not living in Louisville, we had to communicate with them under less than desirable circumstances, but everything went extremely well. They provided new legal documents in record time facilitated remote signing to accommodate the needs of our disabled relative. While this may be a smaller organization, we received the timely and professional services of a highly competent firm that I recommend highly and without reservation.
I contacted Connelly Kaercher Law Offices to seek help with reimbursement from a travel agent that basically made modifications during the pandemic to a trip with future dates that I did not agree to.
