A credit union nothing to tell. Get money deposit money. Make transactions
These people are crooks! I paid a car off and they won’t let me get my money out of my savings account! The guy Ryan they have chasing people down for money is rude and stopped responding! Trust me stay away from these people!
They do a great job helping when needed
Run don’t give them your money once you do they know nothing about nothing. I spent five hours or more left and came back to this credit union 2/27/25 Hanover branch. Called before I ever came and they told me would be no problem to open a trust account. Told what I needed and to come in. My husband was killed that evening after wasting five hours in this credit union for nothing. These people especially the manager has no empathy or manners at all. CONNECTS SUCKS!!!! They sound great at first, but if you ever have a problem (and you will) good luck getting anyone on the phone to help. There was an unauthorized use on my card, I have been calling in multiple times a month for the last 5 months only to have every message ignored. FINALLY got someone on the phone today (Rosemary) who basically ignored me and said it was my problem. No help at all. This was not my first issue where I couldn't get any help either.
