Run don’t give them your money once you do they know nothing about nothing. I spent five hours or more left and came back to this credit union 2/27/25 Hanover branch. Called before I ever came and they told me would be no problem to open a trust account. Told what I needed and to come in. My husband was killed that evening after wasting five hours in this credit union for nothing. These people especially the manager has no empathy or manners at all. CONNECTS SUCKS!!!! They sound great at first, but if you ever have a problem (and you will) good luck getting anyone on the phone to help. There was an unauthorized use on my card, I have been calling in multiple times a month for the last 5 months only to have every message ignored. FINALLY got someone on the phone today (Rosemary) who basically ignored me and said it was my problem. No help at all. This was not my first issue where I couldn't get any help either. I don't know how many times going around and around on the phone trying to get in touch with someone. I never did!
Could not be worse service. After 10 minutes of being on the phone, I could not get pass the automated line. It seems purposely set up so they don’t have to help customers.
What bank or credit union does not have a open door to talk to a person face to face.get to know whow you are dealing with.
