WOW I can't say enought about the supervisor Victoria Sanagustin at Connect One Bank in Springfield. She is TOP NOTICE.She goes above and beyond to help.I'm so happy she is here.
I had had nothing but great experiences with this bank and this branch. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have been a customer for years and am in the branch four days a week. I am always greeted warmly and friendly. I will continue to be a raving fan. Victoria the banking supervisor has helped me with many problems always in a timely manner.
I give this branch one star because I don’t have an option for zero. Super rude and unprofessional staff from management to tellers but the biggest highlight of unprofessionalism goes to the Asian girl whom I unfortunately can’t remember the name as her attitude and lack of willingness to provide good customer service is above anything else.
