Connect One is going down the tubes, especially this location in Cresskill. Branch manager, Joanne, and Rosa, Supervisor, need to be heavily reviewed or simply let go of their duties. Subpar banking employees to work with when trying to resolve an issue. Both individuals need an attitude check and need a lesson of respecting customers. Come across that I was doing them a disservice asking them to resolve an issue, not what I came to this bank for. Great Bank, great people. This is the way that the one in Fort Lee used to be, that was why I was banking there. But all the employees were changed and now is not even close to the one in Cresskill, not the same kind of employees. I will not get another mortgage there because I was very disappointed with the management in the Mortgage department and I took the bulk of my money out and went to another bank.
