I am on the waiting list for knee replacement surgery. After surgery I will have a large scar. I wanted to learn about scar tissue formation and how to support the healing process so that I get a flexible wound repair. Clare explained the process very clearly and she taught me massage movements to use when medical staff agree that the time is right . Thank you I have now had a total knee and replacement. Amazing, relieved so much upper back tension and offered great advice on what I can do at home to improve the continued pain
Having experienced many massage treatments in the past I was pleasantly surprised to have an informative discussion about my particular problem and her particular expertise. I found her massage technique very satisfactory and different to others and to my relief the pain I have been suffering has subsided and I now feel that I am on track to resolve it completely. I can highly recommend my experience.
Clare was so easy to talk to and I instantly felt at ease with her. I had a wonderful, relaxing massage, unlike any I've had in the past. The room, ambience, music and bed were all perfect and I'm looking forward to my next appointment
