Not only is the movement restorative, but the encouragement from Susan is as well. Her guidance is just as much a part of the practice as the poses. Highly recommend this class for anyone feeling overwhelmed or needing some “me” time

I've been going to Connections for a couple of years now, and I love it! The instructors are fantastic, and they are all SO welcoming to beginners. It's a no-pressure, come-as-you-are, accepting environment, and the instructors are great with modifications and teaching for the overall skill level of the class participants. Susan is so welcoming and friendly and always makes sure you feel at home and truly part of the Connections community.
Friendly instructors and a welcoming place. I would recommend their classes to people brand new to yoga or those who can benefit from a range of low intensity practices. Very easy to reserve for classes online, which is a great bonus. My only complaint is that there aren't more challenging classes for someone like me who wants to advance.
