This was my first experience with physical therapy and I am extremely satisfied with the progress I have made during 6 weeks of treatment at Connections. My therapist, Sarah, knows and understands my anatomy and is able to teach me how to reach the solution to my problem. I feel her goal for me is to achieve the highest level of functioning possible which is motivating and exciting. Sarah is also skilled with cupping which further enhances her plan of care. My therapist was very good not the issue, had knee replacement only booked me 5 appointments, then told to me had no openings for a month, someone drop the ball, don't know whose responsibility it is but was very disappointed, have used then before was very satisfied, cancelled did my own thing.
