I had a great experience at Connections day spa with Sabrina. She was very caring and professional. I was there to donate hair to wigs for kids. Sabrina explained the process and was meticulous when harvesting my hair. Which I appreciated in that the effort to grow hair to donate wasn’t wasted. Wigs for kids is a great program I am happy to be able to help an amazing cause!
I had a wonderful experience at my appointment! Valerie did a great job with my highlights and my roots. She listens to the client and takes her time to ensure it's a great experience.
I had the pleasure getting a facial at Connections, and was introduced to the exfoliating scrub that the owner makes. It is, by far, the best face scrub I have ever used, which includes high-end products. It's oil-based, not water-based. After the crystals dissolve during washing and the dead skin is rinsed away, my skin feels nourished by the oil. The scrub is long-lasting, and I think the jar prices are very reasonable. Try it!
I feel bad leaving this review because the girl was very sweet but I got home and realized the color wasn’t right. I got a partial highlight mainly to color and blend my roots but there is a very noticeable brown strip and it just wasn’t blended at all. I edited it to take more stars off just because I’m so upset every time I look in the mirror.. It’s literally so brassy and horrible looking; I’m going to find somewhere to get it fixed tomorrow.
Circling back with an edit because I had my first service with Kendal & she was AMAZING. She went all out for my Deep Cleansing Facial & my skin has never felt better. She made it so fun & I loved experiencing an environment where things didn’t feel rushed or forced. You can tell she loves what she does! <3 First time ever getting anything done to my eyebrows or lashes & I’m in love! Hailey is the best - such a sweet human & is so good at what she does.
