I wouldn't recommend this bank. They financed a car for me and my credit score dropped. They didn't get me a payment book for several months after the purchase. I finally got a call from them and they said I was to months behind and where going to repo my vehicle. I haven't even seen a payment book or anything yet. Come to find out the got my mailing address wrong and it had been returned to them. Now I'm still trying to get my credit score back up because of there mistake.
No communication regarding my loan from them in months. No returned calls, no returned emails, total failure on their part. Do not get a loan with them.

Connections credit union is the greatest!! My parents have gone through them pretty much since they moved to Idaho. Once I was old enough I started to go through them. They have literally helped me through everything from building my credit to helping me have a place to live. I went in and was looking for an auto loan but it’d wasn’t working out so over the next couple of hours Ryan was fantastic he was super patient and worked around me and what I could do in order to help me get approved for a loan so I could go buy a car. Thanks Ryan for the help today.
