I have used Connections Credit union for years, Gary at the downtown branch is an amazing manager and everyone at the westgate branch are so helpful and accommodating.
Over the years we have utilized Connections CU for both banking and for financial services such as mortgage and other loans. They are fast and resourceful and make the process very easy to get approvals. We have also had family and friends obtain the same services and are very happy with their products. Thank you for making it a "small town" credit union. Would love to see one in Kuna area.
I have banked here since I was a kid and these people take CARE OF YOU ! They are helpful, friendly, smart, understanding and go above and beyond to make sure your financial experience is the best. I love all of the staff here !!
Tracy was very unprofessional and kept talking over me, i was in a stressful situation and needed the bank and all she did was say “if ur gonna keep talking over me im done ur annoying” this is how u treat ur customers? Do better.
