Unprofessional service and no one seems to know how to do their job. I called to have my debit card unblocked, but it never got fixed. I had to call back again just to find out why it still wasn’t working. I was then told they would do a one time purchase for what I was trying to buy instead of actually resolving the issue. Now the bank is closed and I am left without access to my debit card because no one properly unblocked it.
