Worst experience with a credit union EVER! No accountability. Their negligence will ruin your credit score. RUN! Don't walk away from this place! We've had great experience with ICCU, Capital Educators, Westmark, and East Idaho Credit Union. We will NEVER use Connections again!
I opened an account on 12/10 and canceled 12/13! This was on Caldwell Blvd in Nampa. Horrible customer service, no communication and very incompetent. Specially the elderly lady that helped me the second time. She was very condescending and practically assumed that I was lying. Do not recommend. I ended up going to ICCU.
