Terrible customer service and communication. I experienced issue after issue during the term of my auto loan. My monthly payment was presented as one amount, but the billing department had my monthly payment down as a higher amount. I did not know about the problem until I got a notice in the mail that my vehicle was going to be repossessed for non-payment.
