Financed a truck with this place, and I had to send in my copy of my insurance policy twice and last thing I heard was they will look it over and get back to me. That was in Oct. Nov 26, I received a threatening letter from Connections, telling me: 1. My collision deductible had to be less than $5000; 2 My comprehensive deductible had to be less than $5000 3 Insurance had to have been in place before 10/14/24; if these items were not met, they would obtain insurance on the truck and charge me $6707. Not sure who runs this place but they have no customer sense. First, they charge me a dollar to make a payment via the internet. Have never had an account with any institution that charge me for a payment from a checking account. Second, they keep texting me for my insurance info. Have told them I do not click on links in a text or an email and second, it is the same policy I sent them when I purchased the truck. It's a temp loan, will be paid off in a few months; and believe me, I will NEVER have anything to do with this... read more
