Their sales people are very helpful and friendly, and they don’t talk down to my teenager when she shops. Their merchandise is very cute and reasonably priced.

Came here recently to make a return. I had not worn it other than trying it on in the store before purchasing. The lady told me I could not return it because of the tiniest spot on it. You would have had to really try to find this spot to actually see it that’s how small it was and the top was white. If anything it was there before I got. The top was in perfect condition tag still on and return within the time they allowed. She gave me a very difficult time and would not even give me store credit. I love my new free people clothing from Connections. Friendly store—with great customer service and the best selections in town.
