Krystal the teller at the bank is extremely rude and unprofessional during our interactions, but then I see her interact pleasantly with other customers. It makes me wonder if she has an issue with black people or if it’s just an issue with me. However I’ve been banking at connection for about a year and the past few interactions with just her in particular have made me question my status with connection bank in the future.
