To not be able to write out a check out to someone out of you own account because they don't have a account there is really stupid. It's my money and I bank with you. You don't tell me where I can or cannot spend it.
Just moved to Keokuk went in to open an account. Would not do it because my DL does not have a Keokuk address. Why does a bank really care where I live? Do they plan on coming over for coffee? Little to say we opened our account at a different bank. Would never give my business to a business like Connection Bank.
They allowed fraud on my account and when I came to correct it, they said they would give me a new card. However, instead of getting me a new card they said they wouldn’t be giving me anymore cards, and that I’d have to go to a location to get my own money. But if you are closed on weekends that makes it impossible to get money when it’s needed. All around poor professional courtesy and security for your money.
