Very friendly staff
My experience has been frustrating. The Bank does not utilize ACH for payments or money transfers. Also, there is a 24-hour funds availability requirement when closing one Connections Bank account and transferring that money to a different Connections Bank account; both accounts held by the same individual at the same bank location.

We've been credit union members for many years because they have better rates and service. However, after seeing what this bank offers and their incredible service, they are very close to a credit union in many ways. Great service, friendly staff, and very helpful to find solutions to help you. I'm glad we found connections.
