I had an energy release session today with Sonya. The safe space that was held for me was so welcoming, loving and I felt completely at ease…much like a warm embrace. There was a lot of stuck energy within me (some that I had unknowingly been carrying with me for a long time) that needed to be released. Just home from a wonderful 90 minute reiki and massage session with Sonya. From the offset, I felt safe and secure in the beautiful sanctuary she has created and as soon as the session started, I felt comfortable and held in the space. The session was super relaxing and a great way to ensure my soul gets the self-care it so desperately needs. An excellent start to the weekend, thank you Sonya 🙏
