I visited this branch today to open an account, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was unfriendly from the start. The teller didn’t even confirm whether my information was entered correctly, which caused issues later when I tried to enroll in online banking, I never received the verification code, likely because my email was entered incorrectly. The State employees credit Union has been very helpful in a number of situations. Also, the manager has been very informative and knowledgeable. I have always been guided in the right direction each time I had an issue. In addition, you can't beat the savings account interest rates they offer. They certainly beat a number of other Banks.
