I visited this branch today to open an account, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was unfriendly from the start. The teller didn’t even confirm whether my information was entered correctly, which caused issues later when I tried to enroll in online banking, I never received the verification code, likely because my email was entered incorrectly. The State employees credit Union has been very helpful in a number of situations. Also, the manager has been very informative and knowledgeable. I have always been guided in the right direction each time I had an issue. In addition, you can't beat the savings account interest rates they offer. They certainly beat a number of other Banks. AAA +++

Don’t know what happened to this location, but it’s gone downhill. Called the other day and the woman/ girl I spoke with had a horrible personality. She seemed almost annoyed to be answering the call and assisting me.. A few days later I had to stop into the branch. It appears there all new tellers and each one has a look of disgust on their face.. Bring back all the old tellers that had great personalities… The branch manager is great, but that’s about it.
