Don’t know what happened to this location, but it’s gone downhill. Called the other day and the woman/ girl I spoke with had a horrible personality. She seemed almost annoyed to be answering the call and assisting me.. A few days later I had to stop into the branch. It appears there all new tellers and each one has a look of disgust on their face.. Bring back all the old tellers that had great personalities… The branch manager is great, but that’s about it.
Misleading, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. They don’t care about you AT ALL.
I worked for the state 14 years and never experienced such rudeness at this location. The teller became available, as I approached she directed me to not come to her window shoeing me away to get back in line. Very rude and not the first time. Truly missing the old crew! These new folks need training in quality costumer service for all members.
