I’m not sure why people have given this credit union negative reviews. Unlike big banks, someone always answers the phone right away and is very helpful. The rates for the certificate of deposits are higher than a lot of other places. It may be old school with a lot of paper, but it definitely has its perks if you’re using the credit union mainly for savings or CDs.
They are very helpful. Always very professional. ‘I’ve Been a member since 1988. The rates are better than bank rates.
