They are very helpful. Always very professional. ‘I’ve Been a member since 1988. The rates are better than bank rates.
Very rude, unhelpful, poor service
The employees are GREAT!! They are more than helpful and their treatment is like no other. I have been a customer of theirs for over 40 plus years. This is the best most caring, helpful facility I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
friendly service, and the rates are fine, but they LOVE locking all accounts without warning anyone they will do so every few days to weeks. you will go to use your card anywhere any day and they randomly lock all your accounts with no notice. whether it is for maintenance or not, you cannot just leave people with no access to any funds with no notice, absolutely ridiculous. have brought up this problem numerous times with no solution besides “turn on alerts” which they have been for the 3+ years i have been with this bank. ... read more
