They don’t cash personal check is what they said
Bro the woman who works there with the Taurus sign on her arm needs to be fired after those 14 years working. My husband walked in there with an income tax check and was refused service because she claimed it was supposed to be cashed within 10 days. I look on the website at their policies and it says that you can cash a check within 180 days. I walk in there afterwards to figure out what I could do and this big woman begins to immediately start looking at her nails paying not mind or respect to my inquiries. She had poor c... read more
Horrible customer service. The woman curses my mother out because she dropped her drink and water went everywhere. I offered to clean it up and she says u better or u and her not leaving. Even threatened to rip the check up all while laughing with another coworker.
Today April 7th 2026 I went to this location and the cashier was 10 minutes late opening the door, which caused a ripple effect to make me almost late to my next appointment. Very bad service there. They’re not timely. That’s my main concern.
Absolutely awful service. The employee threw my ID back at me, called me slow, and started name-calling me with another staff member. Completely unprofessional behavior — she should be fired. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
