The Connecticut Real Estate is a great school and prepared me for my finally exam and state exam . I passed my finally class exam the second time with a great score . I recommend all new student to take the course with MS. Cheryl . She was my instructor for my Real Estate course.

I very much enjoyed taking the real estate salesperson class with Cheryl Wall. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of real life experience in many aspects of real estate. She teaches the necessary materials but also gives real-life applications of this material which makes the class a lot more interesting. I would highly recommend this school and class with Cheryl as the instructor!

I enjoyed this class very much! There is a TON of material to cover. Cheryl has found a method to drill a significant amount of that material into students’ long term memory. While reading in class may seem repetitive at times, it really helps to make things stick. Cheryl also creates silly stories to help you understand important information and those stories will stick with you when you need them the most (the exam). This was BRUTAL. I am not one to write reviews. I did write the school and gave them a chance to give me back a partial refund almost two weeks ago and now it is crickets. I was the ONLY student. I was NOT provided a syllabus, there is absolutely ZERO structure. I learned more about the CT General Statutes than I did anything related to Real Estate. Cheryl is very unprofessional in the way she speaks to people. I would not spend a dime with her. Other negative reviews suggest a similar opinion of her and her school. My guess is the 5 stars on here are fake or paid for. She's also more expensive than other options. Go elsewhere.
