They have been slow-walking the financing of our 18,000 square foot solar project. After five years of negotiations, engineering, design, permits, insurance, and installation, EVERYTHING has been done for MONTHS now. The ONLY thing holding it up the final “switching on” is one lady at this stupid bank who seems to be overwhelmed or incapable of functioning in her job. Avoid this bank!! Zero stars!
Loan was transfered to capital for change. Has been the most ridiculous experience of my life. Have to call to make extra payments just so they don't process it as a monthly payment( charging you interest pver a time period that hasn't happened) then they will process payments incorrectly, taking weeks to rectify. Been attempting to simply pay off the loan due to the lunacy. Cannot get a payoff quote/payment processed over the phone. Has taken over a week, call every day. Still no ability. There is not enough engineering done on EV's to make them a practical vehicle for anyone in New England. I'd like to see evey employee that supports ev's drive them in the winter. All winter long without a charging station at home. When the vehicle won't start in the winter & people have to call out of work. How long will they not be able to get to work?
