No one ever answers a phone you only get voicemail then don't get a call back.
They have been slow-walking the financing of our 18,000 square foot solar project. After five years of negotiations, engineering, design, permits, insurance, and installation, EVERYTHING has been done for MONTHS now. The ONLY thing holding it up the final “switching on” is one lady at this stupid bank who seems to be overwhelmed or incapable of functioning in her job. Avoid this bank!! Zero stars!
Loan was transfered to capital for change. Has been the most ridiculous experience of my life. Have to call to make extra payments just so they don't process it as a monthly payment( charging you interest pver a time period that hasn't happened) then they will process payments incorrectly, taking weeks to rectify. Been attempting to simply pay off the loan due to the lunacy. Cannot get a payoff quote/payment processed over the phone. Has taken over a week, call every day. Still no ability.
