Loan was transfered to capital for change. Has been the most ridiculous experience of my life. Have to call to make extra payments just so they don't process it as a monthly payment( charging you interest pver a time period that hasn't happened) then they will process payments incorrectly, taking weeks to rectify. There is not enough engineering done on EV's to make them a practical vehicle for anyone in New England. I'd like to see evey employee that supports ev's drive them in the winter. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have been dealing with this company for months now. 10 panels they installed on our flat roof caused leakage into our home. They sent one guy to take photos and then argued it wasn't caused by the panels. The leak/hole was right where one of the legs were screwed into the roof. We have video. We had to pay for new roof.
