Good clinic for addiction services and very professional counseling staff.
This particular location black balled me for years I tried getting help 3 times my psych doctor worked there and she wouldn’t even help me get in there in fact she worked against me so I had to go to a clinic all the way north haven for 13 years finally I emailed the director at Brookside location he told me to call I did they set me up to come in the next day I took my physical did my intake and was in and medicated and at one point I had week worths of take homes I had bought marijuana from someone and it was laced with fe... read more
Staff is welcoming and professional always inquiring how a patient is doing. Of course the clients are always nagging and crying about everything but staff is resilient and still does their job in a professional way. Much love to the staff of CCC.
My friend goes here and the counselor for a group asks unnecessary questions that invade personal boundaries between spouses. Asking about their marriage interactions is absolutely uncalled for and has no benefit to their mental health wellbeing. It also triggers traumatic moments that have nothing to do with the reason that they are there. I’m very disappointed that my friend has to confide in me that she was violated in this way. Please reconsider the supposedly professionals that work there.
