My daughter had her first Occupational Therapy appointment at the 105-C location in Danbury on 6/10/26 at 9:40a.m. We arrived on time, but the door was locked. We then went to the 105-A office, where an employee called the receptionist to let them know we had arrived. Unfortunately, the receptionist did not greet us or make us feel welcome. She simply asked for our names with an unfriendly attitude.
