We used Connecticut Car Services for a round-trip transfer to Newark Airport. We were traveling as a family for a weeklong ski trip so had lots of luggage, skis, and boot bags to transport and didn't want to leave it to chance with Uber/Lyft. Connecticut Car Services made it completely hassle-free. We had the same driver Manpreet both ways. I've been picked up by their drivers to and from airports/NYC several times. Each time the driver came ahead of time, greeted me politely, loaded my luggages, drove safely and arrived to destination in time. I really appreciate their services!
Unprofessional Wrong Pricing On Site Disrespectful Customer Service Rep .
We used Conneticut Car Services for pick up from JFK and onward journey to our hotel in New Haven. Gurinder, our driver was pleasant and the communication before pick up was helpful. The car - an Audi A8 - was clean and comfortable. He was a smooth and careful driver. Impressed by our first experience of their service, we used CCS for our return trip to our hotel in NYC. Gurinder was our driver again and did well to get us to our hotel safely through torrential rain. We highly recommend Conneticut Car Services.
Communication the day before the trip was excellent with driver information, license plate of the car. Our driver Darminder arrived early and was patient while we did last minute packing and got our luggage ready. He was polite and professional. The car was clean and very comfortable and he knew where all the rest stops were along our trip and gave us ample opportunities to stop for a break. Great ride home from NYC to East Hampton. I would recommend this service whole heartedly and would use them again!
