I have no way of rating the actual experience but I tried emailing/texting/calling and never heard back over the course of 3 weeks. Very frustrating because I had wanted to book this for a party/the website looks great. To make things even more frustrating, they kept sending me an invoice even though I didn’t book anything and they wouldn’t return my calls.
We needed transportation to Fenway Park and it was somewhat last minute. CT Beer Tours and Transportation got us a suburban and a driver and picked us up right on time! Our driver Lisa was awesome and a great safe driver and a cheerful participant in our festivities. She was also very accommodating with pit stops and pick up etc. throughout. She even dropped off an item left in the car on her own time (above and beyond!). Would highly recommend doing business with CT Beer Tours and Transportation again!!!
We have used Beer Tours numerous times for livery events. They are always wonderful to work with & flexible. One trip our cruise ship was arriving late. We were originally supposed to take the train back to CT but due to the boat being late it wasn't going to be possible. We reached out to Michelle when we found and she was able to have the drive meet us in NYC instead. I wouldn't hesitate using or suggesting CBTT to anyone.
We used CT Beer Tours to bring our group to a christmas event. I couldn't possibly say enough positive things about Michelle and the rest of the Connecticut Beer Tours staff. I wouldn't hesitate for a second planning another trip using CT Beer Tours! I will be recommending this company to everyone I know looking for transportation!
I highly recommend Connecticut Beer Tours for wedding shuttle service! The driver was fantastic, the staff I dealt with through email were so responsive and helpful and the price was unbeatable.I will tell anyone looking for a wedding shuttle that this is the company to contact! Thank you Connecticut Beer Tours for easing one part of my daughter's wedding day for us!
