Title Insurance is the biggest scam requirement for home purchases. If you have a title issue, after your purchase, good luck with trying to get any remedy from CATIC. They are pros at not compensating a homeowner should there be an issue. Their list of exceptions and excuses goes on and on. My advice is to consult them once to resolve an issue.
