DO NOT USE SERVUS CREDIT UNION!! I would rate them -10 stars if I could. These guys are a bunch of Bozos who don't know what they're doing. I had a locked in RSP from 25 years ago. It took my bank 7 months to get it transferred into my account. Apparently, if your registered name is Timothy and not Tim or Robert, not Rob they lose their minds and can't deal with it. The merger with connect was one of the worst things that could have happened. Servus is terrible to deal with. Never an issue in my 17 years with connect and was treated like a valuable customer. Servus acts like we are their unwanted step children after a wedding with connect. They cant get our accounts closed fast enough. I feel the need to leave this review for the sheer reason that there are so many negatives that seem to be from a merger years ago. I have had a mortgage through Servus since 2019, and in July 2025 moved all of my banking to them. Happy with service online, in branch, and over the phone if I ever need to reach them. Can’t wait till they get their Mastercard stuff figured out as it sucks having to open a web browser to access pending transactions- but that seems something pretty minuscule to complain about.
