Absolute worst bank a person can deal with. Fort Saskatchewan branch is an absolute joke!! I can't wait to finish my mortgage term so I can separate myself from these incompetent morons!
I have had a truck loan through these people for 15mos when I asked for a pay out it came out $3400.00 higher then has been reporting to my credit report. They then informed me they had made a mistake and now expect me to pay for it. They also took it upon themselves to repost all my past payments in an effort to collect the interest they claim I haven't paid.
