Worst experience of my life started when I went to them to bank. The staff at the location are friendly and helpful but limited in knowledge. Example- got a debit card and wanted to make a deposit. An empty place where envelopes usually are so I went inside after three visits on different days and the staff said they would stock them and I made my deposit in person. The truth is they don’t use envelopes but the staff didn’t know that. Then I get a new phone and have to delete their app and reinstall it but am asked for my dr... read more
