I wouldn’t recommend this bank. Scammers got access to my husbands card and took every last dollar he had in $80 transactions over 2 days in a different part of the country. They didn’t have insurance to cover the losses and did not seem concerned or like they cared at all. They offered him an overdraft and a ridiculously high interest rate as a solution. Big banks are not compatible to the service you get here
Ive used on line banking for years with ATB and Ive tried hard to get use to your online banking site and I absolutly Hate it!! Yours is not user Friendly AT ALL!!
Unfortunately don’t recommend banking/loaning from this bank. After a lengthy process of applications, with numerous meetings and correspondence, they led us in many different directions that got us nowhere in the end. Along with the fact that when asked for honesty and professional opinions, they will tell you one thing but the end result never followed.
